• Open https://portal.azure.com/ using admin credentials.
• Go to Azure Active Directory.

• Go to App Registrations and click on  “+New registration”.

• Fill the name of application & Redirect URL. Redirect URL will be the URL of your D365 F&O environment & will be different for UAT/DEV/PROD environment. Click on Register.  

• Your Application is registered. Copy the Application (client) ID & Directory (tenant) ID as the values will be used in Microsoft Flow Configuration.

• Click on API Permissions.

• Click on “+Add a permission” & select Dynamics ERP.

• Select Delegated permissions.

• Select Application permissions.

• Click on Add Permissions.

• Go to Certificates & secrets & click on “+ New Client Secret”.

• Copy the Application Secret value as the values will be used in Microsoft Flow Configuration.
